Tottenham Hotspur currently have too many senior players in their squad with Mauricio Pochettino likely to offload around nine players in order to make room for additional reinforcements, Daily Mail reports.
A few likely candidates that could be facing a club exodus include, Roberto Soldado, Nacer Chadli, Sandro, Paulinho, Kyle Naugton, Younes Kaboul, Michael Dawson, Andros Townsend, and Kyle Walker.
Soldado may be considered as first team regular, but with the Spanish striker not impressing last season despite already netting a few pre-season goals, his manager may be forced to find suitable replacements.
Walker is also regarded as an important player, but due to lengthy injuries keeping him out of the majority of the previous season, he could also be let go with Barcelona considering the English right back to replace Dani Alves.
Pochettino is currently eyeing Dutch star Memphis Depay and has used the likes of Chadli in a potential swap deal.
However, with the move falling through, it can be said that Chadli may struggle to hold a first team place under his new manager.
