Two in-form sides meet at the DW Stadium on Saturday, as Wigan take on West Brom. Both sides go into the game on the back of Premier League victories, with West Brom comfortably beating Southampton 2-0 last time out, whilst Roberto Martinez oversaw a shock 1-0 win over Tottenham at White Hart Lane, a result that was well deserved.

Steve Clarke will hope to take advantage of the fact Wigan have won 3 consecutive games on just one occasion over the past three and a half years, and knows a win could see his side move into the top four should other results go their way.

Their flying start to the season has mainly taken place at the Hawthorns, with Clarke yet to pick up a win on the road, holding a record of two points from four fixtures.

Wigan will again be without wingers Ryo Miyaichi and Albert Crusat, as they nurse groin and knee injuries respectively, whilst James McArthur is a doubt with a dead leg.

West Brom goalkeeper Boaz Myhill is in line to make his first appearance in 21 months should Ben Foster fail to recover from the groin problem that has been troubling him.

Prediction: Wigan 2-2 West Brom
