Celtic's domestic unbeaten streak just keeps going and going and going. The Hoops are now 31 games deep into their domestic season and they haven't lost a single one of them. Incredibly, they've also only drawn one of them.

It's a remarkable record and a testament to the way Brendan Rodgers has transformed the Bhoys in the short time he's been at the club. The Hoops have been dominant in recent seasons of course but not in this manner and not with this flair. Supporters are enjoying what could be a momentous and historic campaign.

Still, there are a few stumbling blocks ahead that Celtic must navigate if they are to go the entire domestic season unbeaten and lift a treble of trophies.

There will be little complacency from Rodgers' team who have looked so focused and determined so far, but the fact remains a few nervy moments may lie ahead as the pressure ramps up on a potential unbeaten season.

Here are FIVE tricky fixtures that could ruin the unbeaten run...

The Tulloch Caledonian Stadium is the only place this season that Celtic have failed to win in Scotland this season. Always a tough place to go for the Hoops, they were leading 2-1 up in the Highlands in September before a very late Alex Fisher header rescued a point for Inverness.

This time it's even tougher, a tricky midweek winter encounter that is sure to test the resolve of Brendan Rodgers' team. It's always a physical battle in the Highlands and big wins are rare no matter how poorly Inverness are playing at the time.

Caley are fighting for their Scottish Premiership lives right now, currently rock bottom of the table two points behind Hamilton. They'll put all that behind them and give Celtic one of their toughest domestic tests of the season.

St Mirren (H) - 05/03/2017

Bear with us here. Singling out St Mirren as a potential banana skin for Celtic may seem absurd but there's method to our madness.

Yes, the Buddies are stranded at the bottom of the Scottish Championship. Yes, it looks inevitable they will be playing football in League One next season. The fact remains though, their cup form this season has been outstanding.

St Mirren have played 11 cup matches this season across the Scottish League Cup, the Challenge Cup and the Scottish Cup. They've won 10 of them.

They put Scottish Premiership opposition out of the Scottish Cup at the 3rd Round stage, disposing of Dundee, and also knocked Hibernian out of the Challenge Cup.

Don't get us wrong, the likelihood of them winning at Celtic Park is small, but one off cup games can often throw up the biggest of surprises and it's not like Celtic haven't been susceptible to an upset or two in recent years.

Rangers (H) - 12/03/2017

Celtic fans won't forgive us for saying this but as a one off occasion, the matches remaining against Rangers still throw up the biggest chance that their unbeaten season could come off the rails.

They've dominated their city rivals this season, make no mistake about it, but the first half an hour at Ibrox on New Year's Eve showed that the 'Gers can get at Brendan Rodgers team.

Whether they can sustain that over a 90 minute game is another story and it at Celtic Park it could be hard to shake off the psychological damage of that 5-1 defeat earlier in the season.

Apart from Aberdeen, who Celtic don't play again until after the league split, Rangers are the closest team to Celtic. The Hoops will go into this match at home red hot favourites again but in the fiery atmosphere of a Glasgow derby, sometimes the favourites tag looks meaningless.

Hearts (A) - 02/04/2017

Tynecastle is always one of the toughest trips of the season as a Celtic player. A famous old stadium with a massive atmosphere, playing there feels like a derby compared to most other leagues. The Hoops aren't well liked in Gorgie and they aren't quiet about letting them know.

It usually provides a pulsating and engrossing encounter and this one in April will be no different. Hearts are inconsistent under Ian Cathro but capable of big performances, as seen against Rangers, and they have a number of danger men capable of scoring a goal or two.

If Celtic are still unbeaten at this point in the season then the hype around that will be at fever pitch and Hearts will be a team desperate to end it. The pressure is only going to keep building and building as we approach the end of the season. It's of course a pressure kind to Celtic, but also a factor in big matches like this.

Ross County (A) - 16/04/2017

Celtic saw off Ross County easily in Dingwall earlier in the season but the Staggies are well known for giving the Hoops a hell of a game on their day. Most famous recently was their 2-1 win over Celtic at Hampden last January.

In a similar way to Inverness, trips up north to face County are always disruptive and difficult to deal with and the local fans love their side trying to get one over the best team in Scotland.

Jim McIntyre's side have been inconsistent at home this season but did pick up a notable win over Aberdeen and have held both Rangers and Hearts there.

Can they produce a similar performance against Brendan Rodgers' men and ruin hopes of an unbeaten season?
