Times are tough at the Nou Camp for Barcelona and Luis Enrique.

Having dominated La Liga only last season, the Catalans have failed the reach the same heights this time around. While they still sit second in the table and trail rivals Real Madrid by only one point, Los Blancos have two games in hand and look in fine form themselves heading into the latter part of the season.

At times unstoppable, Barca have brushed aside a number of teams with astonishing ease, for example, Real Sociedad, who they beat 5-2, Alaves who they beat 6-0 and Eibar who they also thrashed 4-0 on the road.

However, amongst those results, there have been some slip-ups. Enrique's side have lost to Athletic Bilbao, as well as drawing at both Villarreal and Real Betis since the turn of the year. They also relied on a Lionel Messi penalty to rescue them from more dropped points last weekend at the hands of Leganes. Let us not mention their monumental 4-0 loss in the Champions League to a struggling Paris Saint-Germain side.

There is bound to change this summer for the current Spanish champions, whether that be in the managerial position or indeed with personnel. Here are FIVE Premier League stars we think could be involved in the club's overhaul...

Sergio Aguero

The treatment of one Sergio Aguero by Pep Guardiola this season has been a topic of real debate for many. Dropped from the first-team, first for Kelechi Iheanacho back in October and more recently for the impressive, yet now injured, Gabriel Jesus, Aguero has been over the past few years and still remains City's best player, however with tensions between himself and the club clearly high at the moment, the striker could be on the move in the summer. Near enough, all of Europe's top clubs would welcome him with open arms, including Barcelona who could reunite him with international team-mate, Lionel Messi.

Cedric Soares

Barcelona need a right-back and that is no secret. Since the departure of Dani Alves for Juventus last summer, the role has been filled, albeit rather well, by midfielder Sergi Roberto. However, the Spaniard, despite doing a good job, does not look a natural in the position and is certainly not a long-term option going forward.

Southampton right-back Cedric Soares' name has been amongst those mentioned, with the Catalan club allegedly interested in a shock move for the Portugal international.

Romelu Lukaku

One of the Premier League's most consistent goalscorers over the past four seasons, it was only a matter of time before some of Europe's big boys came calling for his signature.

According to reports from The Express, Ronald Koeman is one of the frontrunners for the Barcelona job should it become available this summer having enjoyed such success there as a player, and should the Dutchman make the switch to the Nou Camp, his talismanic striker Lukaku would be likely to follow in a move that could be worth up to £70m.

Virgil Van Dijk

The Daily Mail reports that Luis Enrique has his eyes firmly on Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk as the Spaniard looks for defensive reinforcements this summer.

The Dutch centre-half had been mightily impressive for the Saints before his injury early in the New Year, and had attracted attention from a number of Premier League and indeed European clubs. It would be an unlikely double swoop should Barcelona secure themselves the aforementioned Cedric Soares and of course Van Dijk, however links are a credit to the quality of players the Saints have to offer.

Diego Costa

With Luis Suarez already at the club, it begs the question as to why Barcelona are being linked with so many top quality strikers, however, the next man on a star-studded list of names aligned with a summer move is none other than Diego Costa.

The unsettled Chelsea striker, who was heavily linked with a move away from the Blues in January, was recently spotted socialising with Barcelona star Arda Turan, further fuelling rumours that the Spanish striker could be on the way back to La Liga come the end of the season.
