Battle for survival between Swansea and Norwich

    Probable Lineups:

swanseanorwichSwansea City (4-2-3-1): Vorm, Rangel, Williams, Chico, Davies, De Guzman, Britton, Dyer, Michu, Hernandez, Bony

Swansea are looking in rather bad shape as they sit in 15th only five points away from the drop zone. Their form hasn’t been great of late, with three draws and three loses in their last six games. Garry Monk’s side’s latest victory was back on February 8th. Three changes look to be made from the side’s latest 2-2 draw with Arsenal as Neil Taylor looks to make way for Ben Davies at left back, Pablo Hernandez will come in ahead of Wayne Routledge, and Jonjo Shelvey looking to be replaced by Nathan Dyer. Miguel Michu’s return after a lengthy injury will surely be a boost for The Swans as they look to grab their first win in March.

Norwich City (4-4-2): Ruddy, Martin, Yobo, Bassong, Olsson, Snodgrass, Tettey, Howson, Hoolahan, Elmander, van Wolfswinkel

14th place Norwich City looks to get a victory or else they will their spot to their opponents. Having just beaten Sunderland at the weekend, they come into the game fired up. However, they aren’t in the best run of form, bagging only seven points in their last six games. Chris Hughton will refrain from making any changes to the team that beat Sunderland at the weekend as he looks forward to another victory. The Canaries will be without defender Michael Turner as well as midfielder Leroy Fer who have fitness and injury problems respectively. Despite both their previous goals coming from their midfielders, the manager will still play both strikers who between them only have a goal each this season.

    What the fans are saying…

    Remember this?

Nothing was able to separate the two teams when they met earlier this season, but a fabolous strike from Gary Hooper just before half time ensure there to be no clear winner. We only hope for a similar strike or a wider scoreline when these two teams of similar caliber meet.

    Fantasy Football Danger Man

    Wilfried Bony

Wilfried Bony is gathering a good run of forms lately with two goals in his last two games, bringing him up to 12 goals this season. He can be very deadly in the air, as shown with his goal against Arsenal, so expect him to continue his fine scoring run.
