    Tottenham Hotspur vs Benfica

Tottenham have won nine of their 10 Europa League games (inc. qualifiers) this season, with their only defeat coming against Dnipro in the first leg of their last 32 tie (0-1).

Benfica have won their last four games in European competition, including victories in both legs of their last 32 tie against PAOK Salonika.

The Eagles have won just one of their last eight European games against English sides (W1 D3 L4) – the most recent meeting was the 2013 Europa League final.

Spurs are unbeaten in 11 European home games (inc. qualifiers, W9 D2), with their last home defeat at White Hart Lane coming against PAOK Salonika in November 2011.

This will be only the third competitive meeting between Spurs and Benfica, with the side playing at home winning both of the previous two encounters.

The Lilywhites are unbeaten in six European games against Portuguese sides (excl. qualifiers), winning five and drawing one of those matches.

Spurs have failed to score in just one of their last 18 games in the Europa League (inc. qualifiers).

13 different players have found the net for Spurs in their 10 European games this season (inc. qualifiers).

Including the qualifying stages, Roberto Soldado has scored five goals in five appearances for Spurs in Europe this season.

Brazilian striker Lima has scored in each of Benfica’s last three European matches.
