    Even though Liverpool had thought they had finished with the midfield part of the rebuilding, I think Song would be a very astute signing. He is strong and powerful and skilled with the ball. Even though Barcelona did not work out for him, I do not believe it is a reflection on his ability, moreover it is a battle of egos amongst the rank and file in Barcelona. I believe Song will be a very good replacement for Lucas, who in my opinion, has never returned to form since his prolonged injury absence.
