Luis Suarez has been called a lot of things since his move from Amsterdam to Liverpool. The good: a genius; a fulcrum; a dynamo; a world-class player. The Bad: a racist; a sewer rat; a diver; scum. This headline – from just one of the myriad of Suarez articles – sums up Britain’s response: ‘Classy Player, Classless Human Being’. It’s a fair response, an understandable one. Players kick, pull, dive and swear – all in the ‘heat of the moment’. To bite, we as ... Read More

You must be joking! I really hope you are just a troll otherwise you have problems. So “a moment of madness” in football should excuse anything?? Hey lets start punching referees. Lets start breaking a few legs of the best opposition attackers. Lets smash balls into the faces of opposition fans who annoy us. Why not, all just “moments of madness”, it’s ok. Maybe if a player had a clean record for ten years and did something out of character you could mount this defence. Here we are dealing with someone guilty of racial abuse, guilty of biting before, guilty of diving to gain penalties. He is a serial offender – this incident wasn’t even in the heat of battle, it was 100% unprovoked. Both he and his club need to be taught in no uncertain terms the behaviour is not acceptable. He should be banned for at least 3 months.

This case too serious…..Ivanovic still can playing next games but suarez been destroying with non logic punishment. He not injured too serious after beeb bites suarez.Do not extend this issue, enough and stop.FA England is fair about judment this case. They are for so long to frame luis suarez again. And now times are coming.Patrice Evra also making serious mistake but get free.He doing serious provocation issue.

let look back to history when jamie defoe also bit javier marcharano what happen only a yello card was given for the same offence which is now resulting to 10 games band will should all known is because they just hate him i pray he move to the bavarial this summer, lets call it your home is not your home land also at john terry case which was only 4 game even before the case was file it take a very longtime base on is home land . and luiz 8 games will are not fools to let all this go off our mind…

no that action was just too unfair.. 10 match ban? , they just want to put a pause to his scoring tally so that they could give their desired player which we all know..

I think the point is being missed that if he is capable of biting someone, which in my opinion is a lot more calculated than making a racist comment, he must be on a highly strung edge for the majority of the time in which he is playing, which is incredibly dangerous for other players.

Also, although its clear they haven’t took the case at face value and took into their judgement past issues, I dont see a 10 match ban as being unfair. Liverpool’s season is already over anyway, and this is essentially a repeat offense.

If this had happened on the street and not on the football pitch, Suarez could be looking at a prison sentence for assault.
