I agree. Can you imagine him taking the chelsea job? Man U & Man C are not likely to change managers in near future either. If he doesn't move abroad then he is most likely to stay at Swansea.

I believe Michael has been surprised by the quality he has inherited since he took over at Swansea, obviously he has now added to that with his astute signings in the summer and again in January . He is under no pressure from the board to do anything in terms of targets, his brief was to take the team and club forward which he has done in spades. As a premier league manager he shares the decision making process of how the team is configured in terms of bringing new recruits in,which can't be true in many top ten clubs and certainly none of the Spanish giants. Add to that the fact that he has openly stated that he and his family are happy. We must all remember Michael is not like the majority of other managers, he achieved a lifetime of honours and cup successes as a player, perhaps building a team on the basis of good scouting, good coaching and moulding a team based on his principles rewards him more personally, rather that going out and spending a fortune on a money orientated playboy who has nothing but personal gain in mind.
