    I disagree, if Arsenal are to compete for trophies, Walcott needs to remain a piece in the puzzle, but not the star man in the middle. HE is better in the middle, Arsenal are not as a whole.

    The statistics are inconclusive, he’s performed well both on the flank and down the middle so the jury’s out on where his best position is. He’s performing well wherever he plays at the moment so not sure we need to tie him down to one role any time soon.

    Walcot is not the main man at arsenal whether he plays at centre forward or wide at the flanks.At 23 he still plays just as he was in the last 4 years and as for me Walcot should play the role of a supporting striker so that he can be both effective towards the flank and in front of the goal, he still waste a lot of chances that he gets both from the flanks and as a centre forward
