Arsenal and Chelsea target Stephen El-Shaarawy will not be leaving AC Milan this summer according to his brother, reports talkSPORT.
The young forward has missed almost the entire season with a metatarsal injury, and has been heavily linked with a move away from the struggling San Siro giants.
Napoli have also been linked with a move for the 21-year-old, but brother Manuel insists he will not be going anywhere this summer.
“I’ve heard rumours that [Napoli President Aurelio] De Laurentiis wants my brother,” Manuel El Shaarawy told Radio Crc.
“And of course, those sort of stories don’t make anyone happy.
“As far as I’m aware, Milan don’t want Stephan to leave, whether it’s on loan or not.
“It’s been a tough season for Stephan, but unfortunately accidents like this happen all the time to professionals.
“I doubt he’ll be fit for the World Cup, so now he’s training and hopes to be able to get in with the first team before the end of the season.”
