AC Milan forward Jeremy Menez looks pretty certain to live the San Siro this summer after his agent suggested it was unlikely he would sign a new deal with the Italian giants.

He was one of a handful that were quickly regarded as France's next crop of quality players, especially when he was dazzling in the U17's with the likes of Karim Benzema, Samir Nasri and Hatem Ben Arfa.

But he hasn't quite lived up to his reputation in recent years and some of his French team-mates have outshone him on the pitch. He'll be looking for a new opportunity in the very near future and he has the quality to do good things in the Premier League.

One side that should consider signing the 29-year-old is Liverpool, amongst many others. Jurgen Klopp will be prowling across Europe to strengthen his squad during his first summer in charge and he's the sort of player that could strengthen his side.

But what about the others? Here are FIVE Premier League clubs that should sign the talented forward...

Liverpool should be right up there in approaching Milan for a transfer.

Menez has bags of potential and it seems his progress was stinted somewhere along the line and it could be the Reds that could offer him the chance to resurrect his career.

Menez, Coutinho, Firmino, Sturridge and Origi - not a bad forward lineup.

Leicester City

Leicester City will definitely be on the lookout this summer as they attempt to defend their Premier League crown at the first attempt.

Menez would offer the Foxes an extreme amount of pace and skill and would no-doubt enhance their ranks going forward.

Stoke City somewhat burnt out going into the last few games of last season and a player like Menez could really liven things up the Britannia.

They've got an extremely talented crop already, with the likes of Bojan Krkic, Ibrahim Afellay and Marko Arnautovic in the ranks and the Frenchman could be prove to be another high-profile and successful signing.

The Potters might be challenging for the Europa League next season and there is little doubt a player like Menez would help their cause going forward.

It may prove a tricky ask for the Black Cats to convince a player of Menez's quality to join them up north but Sam Allardyce may well stump up the cash to bring the Frenchman to the Stadium of Light.

They've struggled over the past couple of years and they will be looking to improve going into next season with Big Sam at the reigns.

Arsenal

Bit of a longshot this, and the Frenchman would really need to up his game if any potential move to the Gunners may be in the offing.

But as we saw when he was a tentative 17-year-old at Bordeaux, he really does have the ability to perform at the highest of levels.

He scored a hat-trick for his former French side in seven minutes when he was just a teenager and scored 16 goals in a great season at Milan back in 2014/2015 too.
