Bayern Munich are reported to be in the hunt to sign Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny and could make a summer bid, according to the Metro.
Bayern have already wrapped up the Bundesliga title and are now preparing for the Champions League final but they still have one eye on next season with new boss Pep Guardiola already lining up his targets.
Borussia Dortmund playmaker Mario Gotze has already been snapped up for £32 million and Guardiola is now ready to strengthen his defence with Koscielny said to be a target.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger will do all he can to keep hold of Koscielny and some reports have gone as far as suggesting he has placed a £20million price tag on his head to scare off Bayern.
Whether that works remains to be seen but Bayern are still likely to test the water with a bid if Guardiola is determined to land his man.
