Mario Mandzukic could possibly leave Bayern Munich with incoming striker Robert Lewandowski set to take his place. Fearing losing his first team spot, Mandzukic would fit perfectly in Arsene Wenger’s squad being deployed as the lone striker.
The Croatian has made 37 appearances for his club this season, scoring a total of 21 goals in all competitions. He is currently the joint top scorer in the Bundesliga, sharing his place with his potential replacement, Lewandowski. The 27 year old is considered to be quite lethal in the air but is also known for his composure in front of goal.
