Sunday People.

The Danish front-man has come back in from the wilderness with the North London side to become their second choice striker this term, with Arsene Wenger short on alternatives for the in-form Olivier Giroud.

But, with Bendtner’s contract set to expire at the end of the season and Arsenal thought to be keen to draft in another centre-forward in the New Year, a move away from the Premier League leaders is expected.

Hull – who made a rumoured move for his signature over the summer – and Stoke are thought to be the two most interested parties and are readying £1m offers.

Tigers chief Steve Bruce has worked with the forward in the past and is thought to be a fan of his abilities, while Britannia Stadium boss Mark Hughes sees him as the ideal man to continue his mini revolution at the club.

Wenger is more than happy to let Bendtner leave for a small fee this winter rather than lose him for free next year.

Crystal Palace have also been linked with a move for his signature.

Could Nicklas Bendtner revive his career with Hull or Stoke?
