Karim Benzema has been a target for Arsenal for quite some time but the Frenchman was always looking to remain at Real Madrid. However, with recent news that the Spanish giants are looking for a new striker, his future once again looks to be in doubt. Having recently purchased Mesut Ozil, Arsene Wenger can possibly reunite the pair should he make a move for Benzema in the upcoming window.
The 26-year-old front-man has been in great form, scoring 24 and providing 16 in 52 appearances for his side. The board however, thinks that he should contribute more to the goals as he is the clubs only main striker, being supported by the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale. All that stands in the way of an Emirates debut for the Frenchman is his £30 million price tag.
