Arsenal are once again in a desperate fight to qualify for the Champions League next season. Another season has passed for Arsene Wenger without the Frenchman lifting a trophy, leading to more and more disgruntled supporters.
With this Premier League season coming to a close, Arsenal are favourites to be in Europe’s top flight competition next season due to an “easier” run-in, but Wenger still has some work to do to guarantee Champions League football.
But the club are still a long way off from their successful past, and need to start spending big to bring in some quality players to get the Gunners back to the top of London, before starting to challenge Manchester for the top two.
With talented stars such as Theo Walcott, Santi Cazorla and Mikel Arteta, Arsenal have the platform to push forward. And with just five signings, the club could bounce back to their competitive best in the near future.
