Silly season is well underway following the official opening of the summer window earlier this month, with transfer rumours flying in and out with incredible velocity here at Football Fancast.

So quickly, in fact, that we’re struggling to keep track of them all. You probably are too, and thus we thought it would be a good idea to start compiling all the rumours involving the Premier League’s top clubs into one place, trimmed down into easily digestible chunks via a classic Three In, Three Out format.

This is Football FanCast's second edition involving Arsenal - take a look at last week's here - who are expected to be particularly busy in the transfer market this summer as they hone in on launching their most viable title charge for the best part of a decade.

So have the north London outfit snapped up some title-winning talent yet? Check our Three In, Three Out to find out!

IN - PETR CECH

It's a move that's been in the pipeline for some time despite Jose Mourinho's best efforts to slow it down as much as possible - Arsenal's somewhat lengthy pursuit of Chelsea's Petr Cech.

The 33 year-old is indisputably one of the greatest goalkeepers in Premier League history, boasting four league titles, the 2012 Champions League title, three Golden Gloves and 333 appearances as the Blues' No.1, and will provide an enormous boost to the Gunners' title credentials ahead of next season.

The Czech international announced his preference to stay in London earlier this month, making Arsenal the firm favourites for his signature. A few tabloids jumped the gun last week in claiming he'd already agreed a move to the Emirates - leading Cech's PR company to clarify the situation via Twitter.

But it appears he's now potentially hours away from indeed signing on the dotted line, amid reports that he's arrived in north London for a medical. The Guardian claim the deal will be worth £11million, and Mirror Football claim personal terms are a 'mere formality'.

OUT - DAVID OSPINA

David Ospina has performed well since usurping Wojciech Szczesny from Arsenal's No.1 berth earlier this season, but with Petr Cech expected to become an Arsenal player potentially by the end of the day, the Colombian international's Emirates tenure looks set to come to an abrupt end.

Indeed, Ospina has already admitted that his agent is in talks with Fenerbahce over a potential move, telling reporters when quizzed on the Turkish outfit at the Copa America; "They are dealing with my agent. But at the moment, the only thoughts I have are for Colombia — I will not betray my team.

"I’m not in a position to think about a transfer. If I do that I would betray my team-mates. I have total concentration on the national team."

The Metro has gone one step further, claiming the 26 year-old has already agreed personal terms with Fenerbahce, who are now preparing a £4million bid.

IN - ARTURO VIDAL

According to reports from The Express this morning, Arsenal have once again reignited their interest in Arturo Vidal - despite Arsene Wenger claiming earlier this summer that he's not targeting the Juventus midfielder.

Regardless, it's alleged the Gunners are now preparing a £21.3million bid, in the hope that compatriot Alexis Sanchez can convince the 28 year-old into an Emirates move whilst representing Chile together at the Copa America.

Widely regarded as one of the most complete central midfielders in world football, boasting imperious athleticism, South American trickery and a deadly eye for goal, he'd certainly address the current lack of physicality in the Arsenal engine room.

And the size of the reported bid is consistent with reports from The Express back in May, claiming the Old Lady are prepared to part with Vidal for around £28million.

OUT - LUKAS PODOLSKI

Football Fancast reported on Arsenal's intentions to sell Lukas Podolski in last week's edition of Three In, Three Out, and his situation has seen further developments since.

Just to give you a quick recap; the German World Cup winner is widely expected to leave the Emirates this summer having struggled for game time during the first half of last season and resultantly spent the latter portion on loan at Inter Milan, where he managed just one goal in 18 appearances.

There's certainly some interest in the veteran winger-forward. Along with Everton, Galatasaray are particularly keen on a deal for the 30 year-old.

Last week, manager Hamza Hamzaoglu told NTV Sport; "Podolski and (Andre) Gignac are both on our shortlist," as reported by The Daily Mail. And the Turkish outfit appear to have ramped up their interest, with reports from ESPN quoting sporting director Cuneyt Tanman as saying; "We are interested in Podolski."

ESPN also have some interesting quotes from Podolski himself. "I grew up in a Turkish area and know a bit of Turkish. Champions League football is a must and Galatasaray have made a lucrative offer," he told NTV Sport.

"If I find the right club, the right coach, the right environment, I will evaluate it. If these conditions are met, I think everything is possible. The next transfer could be my last, so I have to take a well-thought step."

IN - CHARLY MUSONDA

A somewhat more speculative story but an interesting one nonetheless. According to reports from The Express yesterday afternoon, Arsenal have launched an £8.5million bid for Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda.

The attacking midfielder is one of the more noteworthy talents from their academy ranks and has amassed an impressive haul of 25 goals in 42 appearances across the youth levels for Belgium, earning comparisons with PFA Player of the Year Eden Hazard.

However, Musonda's father - Charly Musonda senior, who represented Zambia on 48 occasions during his playing days - has already declared the 18 year-old should seek a future away from Stamford Bridge this summer, with Monaco reportedly courting his services since January.

Earlier this week, The Evening Standard claimed the Blues would be willing to cash in on the prodigious attacker this summer should a suitor meet their valuation, which has allegedly lead Arsenal to launching their bid.

But they're by no means the only interested party; Manchester City are also keen, whilst Monaco, Marseille and PSV are all reportedly considering loan bids.

OUT - LAURENT KOSCIELNY

In somewhat more startling news for Gunners fans, Laurent Koscielny finds himself an unsuspecting victim in the Barcelona-offer-gate scandal that could see Sergio Ramos turn up at Manchester United before the start of next season.

Indeed, the Red Devils launched a £35million bid for the Spain international yesterday which was flatly rejected, but nonetheless Real Madrid are seeking contingency plans and that appears to the Gunners centre-half - according to The Daily Mail.

The 29 year-old has emerged as an integral member of the Gunners' starting Xi over the past few seasons, so Arsene Wenger is certain to put up a fight to keep him at the Emirates.

But let's face it, Real Madrid are one of the most - if not the most - prestigious clubs in world football. More loyal players have found themselves unable to resist the almighty allure of the Bernabeu before.
