It is understood that a figure of just over £80m would be needed to get all three players, which Stamford Bridge side can stretch to with David Luiz set to seal a £50m switch to PSG in the coming days.
Costa is likely to cost around £30m-£35m and is seen as the top target give Mourinho’s desire to get a proven goalscorer in.
Filipe meanwhile is seen as a replacement for Ashley Cole – who will be released soon – after impressing during Atleti’s run to the Champions League Final and shock La Liga triumph.
Godin also starred in a number of big games, and is widely seen as one of Spanish football’s top centre-backs.
The defensive duo are likely to cost close to £50m combined.
