Chelsea midfielder Kevin De Bruyne says he would be interested in a move to Borussia Dortmund in the summer.

The Belgium international signed for Chelsea in 2012 but has yet to make a first-team appearance for the club, enjoying loan spells at Genk and Werder Bremen.

The 21-year-old has been tipped to quit Stamford Bridge over the summer and Champions League finalists Dortmund are the latest to be linked with a transfer.

Die Borussen are set for a summer reshuffle after confirming the departure of Mario Gotze to Bayern Munich and the expected sales of Robert Lewandowski and Ilkay Gundogan.

When quizzed on potential Dortmund interest, De Bruyne told Bild: "Dortmund? That would fit me. I am keeping tabs on what they have been doing.

"They have performed admirably in the Champions League, just like Bayern. We will see what happens.

"I will be on the road with Belgium's national team after this season. Perhaps we will know by then where my future lies."

Dortmund could face competition for De Bruyne's signature from Bundesliga rivals Bayer Leverkusen. Leverkusen forward Andre Schurrle is closing in on a move to Chelsea and De Bruyne could be included in any deal.
