Barcelona president Sandro Rossell has hinted that the Spanish club are keen on Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
The Belgian stopper is currently on loan at Atletico Madrid and has established himself as one of the finest youngsters in the continent.
Despite having signed for the Blues in 2011, the 21-year-old is yet to make a single appearance for the London club.
Upon his arrival from Genk, Courtois was immediately sent to Atletico, where he has remained ever since.
His impressive displays have alerted Barca, who are known to be in the market for a new number one, with Victor Valdes set to leave the club next summer once his contract expires.
Courtois has been linked with a move, and Rossell has confirmed that the Catalan giants are keen on the Chelsea ace.
“He is a great goalkeeper, he is very good and I like him a lot,” Rossell told The Metro.
Courtois is rumoured to be extremely keen on a move to the Nou Camp, with his future at Chelsea far from clear with Petr Cech firmly established as Jose Mourinho’s first choice.
However, the London club may resist any offers with the Belgian believed to held in high regard.
Should Chelsea do all they can to keep Thibaut Courtois?
