The England U-21 star only completed his long-awaited move to Old Trafford from Selhurst Park over the summer, but has barely made any impact under new Red Devils chief David Moyes.
As a result, Zaha is expected to be allowed to leave on a temporary deal once the transfer window opens, with another Premier League club likely to be his destination.
A loan switch back to Palace has been mooted, with the 21-year-old having come through the ranks with the London club.
Pulis – who recently took over from Ian Holloway – says that if Zaha is available he would be open to bringing him back to the club:
“We’d be interested, whether we could do it. But we’d be interested if the player was available.” He is quoted by talkSPORT.
“We’re talking about a player who is owned by another football club. I wouldn’t be talking about any of Manchester United’s players because it’s not my right to do that.”
Newcastle are believed to be leading the race for Zaha’s services, while the likes of Swansea, Everton and Stoke have all been mentioned.
