Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio has denied being contacted by Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United, as talks over  a new contract continue with the Serie A giants, according to the Express.

The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the three Premier League giants since the summer.

But Marchisio insists there has been no contact, and he remains fully committed to the Old Lady.

Speaking of interest from England, he said: “Sometimes I have received phone calls from agents who told me of the interest of clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool.

“But no one from these clubs, however, has never contacted directly us. And in case I would tell them to talk to Juve.”Marchisio still has another two years running on his current deal in Turin and his father and agent Stefano Marchisio claims that a new contract is not a concern at the moment.”I’ve read that the renewal should be imminent, but Claudio is focused on the season and doesn’t think about the contract,” he said.

“The current agreement expires in 2016 and there is time for talk about it.”
