Leicester City have won the Premier League. I repeat Leicester City have WON THE PREMIER LEAGUE.

Ironically enough, the team the Foxes will usurp as champions of England gave them a helping hand by clawing back from 2-0 down to hold Tottenham Hotspur to a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge.

Though it's looked as if their title win would be on the cards for a while now, it should not take away from the fact that LEICESTER CITY HAVE WON THE PREMIER LEAGUE.

Quite simply, history has been made this evening. Made in West London. Celebrated in the East Midlands.

Will we ever see anything like it again? Doubtful.

Yet another fascinating subplot of this sensational campaign arose this evening.

Eden Hazard, who has flopped literally all season since his own coronation as a champion of England scored a wonderful late goal to level the scores and decide a second title in a row.

The Belgian notched against Crystal Palace last season to secure a first Premier League title at Stamford Bridge for half a decade.

Despite an awful season for him and the club, he's proved equally as decisive.

However, it is not about Chelsea. It is not about Tottenham.

It is about Leicester City.

Having narrowly escaped relegation last season, touted as drop fodder this summer, former Chelsea manager Claudio Ranieri has led them to the most unlikely title win of all time.

An amazing story in the modern age of football. One Twitter has never seen before and may never see again.

See how it reacted.
