Bringing in a striker may not seem like a priority for Liverpool right now, but it may soon become one if Real Madrid finally monetize their interest in Luis Suarez this summer.
The 21-year-old Swiss striker Drmiic has been in fine form in his first season for Nurnberg, scoring 16 times in 31 appearances.
This record is even more impressive when you consider that the Bundesliga club currently find themselves in the relegation places. Should Nurnberg go down, which looks likely as they’re six points from safety with six games remaining, it’s believed it will activate a release clause in Drmic’s contract, allowing him to leave the club for £4.5m. While this may seem a snip, Liverpool are going to have to beat off interest from Arsenal if they are to secure their man.
