Liverpool remain confident Daniel Sturridge will be fit to face Norwich City on Sunday, according to Sky Sports.

A scan has shown that the 24-year-old’s injury is not as serious as first thought, and the club remain confident he will be fit to face Norwich at Carrow Road on Sunday.
A report on the club’s official website read: “A small strain was detected following a scan.
“The 24-year-old will now undergo a treatment programme in order to try and be available for the trip to Carrow Road.”
