While Luis Suarez, Steven Gerrard and Daniel Sturridge have been hogging the limelight at Liverpool, young Raheem Sterling has actually been one of the stars of the season. The 19-year-old attacker has been pivotal in the Reds’ title push so far, and was once again excellent today against Norwich. While the Premier League is not short of good young players, Sterling may well just be the best out there. Here are three reasons why the Kop idol is the division’s top teen:
Sterling only managed two strikes last season, but he has equalled that tally in his last two games. Today he added long-rage shooting to his repertoire at Carrow Road.
What a goal from Raheem Sterling didn’t know he could strike a ball so hard. Just need them to hold on now !!!!!!

Sterling doesn’t just bring goals, his fine pass for Suarez was his fourth direct assist of the season. Not bad for a kid.
That Raheem Sterling goal followed by that assist to Suarez. How often does someone have an awesome day like Sterling had. Wow.

Raheem Sterling’s first proper game up front & he has a goal and an assist after 10 minutes. This kid could be better than we ever imagined

Pure speed is so important in the modern game, and Sterling has it in abundance.
Raheem Sterling needs to go to the World Cup, Got so much pace and skill that can cause defenders a lot of problems!

Sterling could develop into a player like Bale. Skill, pace, passing accuracy and killer instinct.
