Jürgen Klopp’s men in red will travel to London for this weekend's Saturday lunchtime kick-off against Chelsea.

The German registered his first victory as Liverpool boss on Wednesday night, as Liverpool secured their place in the quarter-finals of the Capital One Cup with a 1-0 win over Bournemouth.

Now, the Reds are looking to get their first three points under their new manager, against a faltering Chelsea side.

Liverpool have looked better and better with each game under Klopp. The defence looks a lot more organised, with the Reds conceding just two goals in Klopp’s first four games.

But it’s the attack that Klopp will be looking to improve, with Liverpool only scoring more than one goal on just one occasion so far this season.

So what does the German need to get right this Saturday, in a game that may well be the end of Jose Mourinho’s second stint in charge at Stamford Bridge, should Liverpool get a good result?

Here's three things Klopp must get right this weekend...

Stay defensively solid

Sakho

Mamadou Sakho has been one of a number of players to step up straight away and has arguably been Liverpool’s stand out performer since the German arrived.

Lucas and Emre Can have offered brilliant solidity just in front of the defence and this will be crucial away to a side so desperate for a good result.

Get Coutinho more involved

The little magician has been deployed on the left side of a flexible three behind the striker and has been struggling for form for a few weeks now.

A return to his brilliant best on Saturday would see Liverpool’s chances of a good result boosted massively.

Get the balance right in attack

Benteke

Christian Benteke is expected to be fit to lead the line and should offer much more of a threat than his Belgian counterpart Divock Origi.

Adam Lallana has looked lively in recent games and there are signs that Roberto Firmino is finally finding his feet in English football.

Suddenly Klopp’s attacking options are looking much more appealing than when he first came in.
