Manchester United and Chelsea transfer target Luke Shaw will decide on his Southampton future before the summer’s World Cup, according to the Guardian.
The 18-year-old left back is also thought to be interesting Manchester City, and European super powers such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
Shaw is tipped to be included in Roy Hodgson’s England squad for the summer’s World Cup, and reports suggest he would be open to a move abroad.
However, at this stage of his career a Premier League move would be his preferred option, with United, Chelsea, City and Liverpool all in the market for a new left back this summer.
David Moyes has identified the youngster as the man to replace Patrice Evra, who looks set to depart when his contract expires at the end of the season.
Manuel Pellegrini meanwhile remains unconvinced by Alexsander Kolorov and Gael Clichy at Manchester City, whilst Jose Mourinho sees Shaw as the long term replacement to Ashley Cole – another who is out of contract in the summer.
Shaw has been heavily tipped to join Chelsea, having admitted to supporting the club as a boy, but reports suggest Manchester United lead the chase for his signature, as they are willing to offer regular first team football and the most lucrative contract.
