Manchester City will allow a number of their top stars to leave this summer including Carlos Tevez according to the Sunday Mirror.

Roberto Mancini is happy to allow any player to leave the Etihad Stadium that is not 100% committed to the cause.

Tevez is just one of a number of high profile players that is not willing to sign a new deal at the current Premier League champions and much like Mario Balotelli, Mancini is not worried about making the big decisions.

City are not hanging around as the likes of Eden Dzeko, Scott Sinclair, Aleksander Kolarov, Samir Nasri and Maicon all expected to be pushed out of the door with their contracts running down and not one of the players has justified their large transfer fees and wages.

The Premier League champions are keen to add a number of committed, high profile signings this summer after becoming disillusioned with this seasons Premier League pursuit.
