Crisis, what crisis?

Manchester United got back to winning ways last weekend in emphatic style after the criticisms were beginning to mount against the club.

Jose Mourinho and players like Paul Pogba and Wayne Rooney were among those to receive the most negative remarks but with the Portuguese sticking his captain on the bench, all those problems seemed to be resolved.

Rooney hasn't been playing well so it's given him a chance to get out of the spotlight, whilst on the pitch Paul Pogba hit his first goal of the season in an easy 4-1 victory over and off-colour Leicester City side.

Mourinho looked pretty pleased with how it all went and now the Red Devils will look to build on that against Stoke City this weekend.

The Potters are having an absolute nightmare and it's unlikely to get much better when they face United especially if the Old Trafford outfit go for this line-up...

Goalkeeper

de-gea

A nailed on starter, he'll be hoping for a relatively quiet afternoon against the struggling Potters.

Defence

Eric Bailly v Man City

It should be an unchanged defence from the Leicester game with Antonio Valencia in at right back and Chris Smalling and Eric Bailly in the centre-half positions. Luke Shaw has struggled with illness this week and that's why it should be the versatile Daley Blind starting in the left-back role.

Midfield

Ander Herrera

Ander Herrera looks like the most obvious heir to Michael Carrick's throne and so should expect to play most weeks now. Marouane Fellaini did not start the game last weekend but should play against Stoke as that will then allow Paul Pogba to play in his more favoured advanced role. Meanwhile, out wide, Marcus Rashford should continue with Juan Mata on the other flank after both scored last weekend.

With Wayne Rooney ousted from his midfield role you might wonder if he's going to go back to being a striker but for now Zlatan Ibrahimovic has to start up front for United.

The Line Up

The Red Devils are starting to look a bit more balanced with Rooney out of the side whilst with Pogba in a more advanced area, and having broken his duck this season a win really should be the only result for them this weekend.
