Manchester United could be handed a chance to solve their midfield issues by Inter Milan, with reports from Tuttosport indicating that they’re ready to offer Fredy Guarin in exchange for Javier Hernandez.

Chicharito looks set to leave Old Trafford in the coming weeks after falling down the pecking order at the club.

The Mexican striker was an infrequent started under David Moyes last term, and will be behind the likes of Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Danny Welbeck to lead the line for Louis van Gaal next term.

Inter are one side said to be tracking the ‘Little Pea’, and they’re so keen to land him that they will offer Guarin as a makeweight.

The Colombian midfielder has been a target for United for some time, with the club understood to see his bombarding and energetic playing style as ideal as they look to right the wrongs of 2013/14.

The Red Devils are understood to have made Arturo Vidal their top target for a ‘box-to-box’ role, but with a deal stalling they may be tempted by Guarin.

It could also influence Cuadrado to sign for ManU!
