The 23-year-old has been an important figure for Roma this season, scoring three goals and limiting the side to just one defeat all season long.
But whilst Spurs and United, who are still pursuing a central midfielder, have been linked with the Bosnian, Pjanic has stated his happiness to stay in the Italian capital.
“It’s flattering and I am sure glad to hear that,” Pjanic said in the Daily star.
“I have become a supporter of Roma and should there be a transfer it will require that the three parties agree.”
United missed out on a host of central midfield targets in the summer transfer window, most notably Cesc Fabregas and Ander Herrera. But it seems like David Moyes could miss out on another potential signing, with Pjanic happy to stay at the Stadio Olimpico, and not personally looking to force a move away.
The 23-year-old is in his third season with Roma after joining the club from Lyon. And after already matching his goals tally for each of those previous seasons, Pjanic looks to be playing some of his best football under Rudi Garcia.
Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood had also been linked with the midfielder, as he looks to make some changes to the London club in his first transfer window as manager.
