Manchester United stormed their way into the fourth round draw of the FA Cup with a comfortable 4-0 victory over Reading at Old Trafford, condemning their Championship opponents to a hefty defeat.

Goals from Anthony Martial, Wayne Rooney and a brace from Marcus Rashford sealed the victory for Jose Mourinho's side and the match was never really a contest, with two early goals from the hosts putting the game well beyond Jaap Stam's side.

Already 3-0 down, Ali Al-Habsi had a moment to remember for Manchester United's fourth goal as a horrendous mistake, complete with an air-kick, allowed Marcus Rashford the chance to smash home the easiest goal of his career.

The game was a good occasion for the young England striker, as he ended his barren run with a brace and put an end to months without a goal- having last scored at the end of September.

With United now enjoying their best run of form in eight years, the Red Devils are looking in good form for the remainder of their FA Cup run and fans on social media thoroughly enjoyed Al-Habsi's blunder.
