Shinji Kagawa’s name has rarely been sung by Manchester United fans this season, despite various calls for David Moyes to play him more often.

But with Japan playing in a friendly against New Zealand on Wednesday, Kagawa was able on the pitch and do what he does best. Play football.

During the team’s 4-2 victory, Kagawa produced a few magic moments – grabbing a goal and an assist to round off a display we rarely get the chance to see in the Premier League these days. A nutmeg, followed by a roulette, before winning a penalty was just one of his many moments.

An eleven minute compilation of all his skills and touches are shown in the video below. Kagawa can only hope the coaching staff back at United can see this video so he can aid United’s cause this season…
