Manchester United attacker Adnan Januzaj believes that Louis van Gaal will bring the good times back to Old Trafford.
The experienced Dutchman was named as David Moyes’ successor earlier this week, in a move that has been predicted for some time.
Under the Scot last season United were woefully off of their best, slipping from defending Premier League champions to a team that will not be playing European football of any kind next term.
Januzaj was one of the few bright spots from 2013/14, and now he believes things can get better under van Gaal:
“I feel very happy because he is a great manager,” he is quoted by The Express.
“He’s won a lot and I’m looking forward to working with him. We are going to have a great future.”
Januzaj’s first-team berth may be under threat for next season, with van Gaal rumoured to be looking to bring in a number of top level players.
Arjen Robben is one player to have been mention, with the Dutchman known to operate from a wide attacking role.
