Ryan Giggs had the weight on his shoulders when he started as Manchester United boss at Old Trafford against Norwich. He may have provided a cool and calm entrance, but Betfair wanted to goad him on arrival.

The Manchester United legend knows he will have to take risks if he is going to get the manager’s job full time but Betfair are not so convinced he will last in the hotseat for long.

The betting exchange firm see it as a 20/1 shot and insist there will be a real family feel to Ryan Giggs being in the hotseat at Old Trafford.  It was an unsubtle hint to his misdemeanors in his personal life. There is a fair chance though that Giggs will get at least 4 games in the dugout for the Red Devils.
