Getting eliminated from the FA Cup and sitting in fifth place in the Premier League was not the end of Manchester United fans’ troubles.

The Red Devils lost 2-0 to Olympiakos and are now looking for at least two goals at Old Trafford to save whatever they can from this season.

The home team became the very first Greek club to beat Manchester United and led to the Scotsman achieving another negative record.

There was one man that could have brought solutions up front tonight: Adnan Januzaj. Here are three reasons why the youngster's omission was inexcusable.

1) Januzaj’s been the heartbeat of United’s attack so far this season.

2) You can’t trust Tom Cleverley to do anything.

3) By leaving Januzaj out Moyes leaves himself at the mercy of disgruntled United fans.
