David Moyes has struggled in his first season at Manchester United and it had led to several fans and pundits to write off the Red Devils as a spent force. However, they have slowly showed signs of revival as the season has progressed.

Their quest to qualify for the Champions League next season via the Premier League may be out of their reach, but after two impressive displays in a week against Bayern Munich and Newcastle United, they have reason to be optimistic.

There is still an awareness that consistency is the problem despite back to back Premier League wins, but Manchester United have shown more than enough evidence in recent weeks to suggest they will be in the title race next season.

1. Juan Mata is starting to show why David Moyes paid nearly £40 million for his services and is capable of delivering on the biggest stage.

 2. Manchester United have an abundance of attacking strength to call upon from the bench who are young and hungry. Hernandez and Januzaj are testament to that.

 3. Manchester United have a fantastic record away from home this season and have already amassed 10 wins on the road.
