Jose Mourinho has said he will fight Arsene Wenger, according to a new book about the Manchester United manager.

Mourinho is quoted as saying he will "break his face" in the book, which is written by journalist Rob Beasley and serialised in The Daily Mail.

The Portuguese has previous bad form with Wenger, having branded him a "voyeur" and a "specialist in failure" in the past.

Predictably, many have taken to social media to side with the Arsenal manager.

Fans have also been criticising Mourinho for the outburst which followed Wenger's comments after he'd sold Juan Mata to United for £37m while manager of Chelsea.

Mourinho has found himself under pressure in the last week after three consecutive league defeats to Watford, Feyenoord and Pep Guardiola's Manchester City.

Wenger has refused to be drawn into the argument, claiming he would not be reading the book and is instead focusing on Arsenal's match against Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
