The way Liverpool’s season has gone so far, most neutral fans would be pleased to watch them live on TV every single week.
Not only are they wonderfully free-scoring at the moment, they’re also leaking goals for fun, which makes games involving Brendan Rodgers’ side unmissable and brilliantly entertaining for Premier League fans in general.
But while Liverpool and Swansea were playing out a seven-goal thriller at Anfield this afternoon, Sky Sports subscribers were forced to watch a drab and uneventful match between Newcastle and Aston Villa at St. James’ Park.
And as you can imagine, fans took to Twitter to voice their frustration at Sky’s decision to choose Newcastle over Liverpool…

It's ridiculous in this day and age that Sky can't give us the option to switch to the Liverpool game. This is an abominable game

Hahaha Sky definitely wished they'd picked the Liverpool v Swansea game !!! #SnoozySunday

80 minutes: Liverpool 4-3 Swansea [Not on TV] 80 minutes: Newcastle 0-0 Aston Villa [Super Sunday] Well done Sky Sports

Someone at Sky should be sacked for selecting Villa-Newcastle instead of the 4-3 Liverpool-Swansea humdinger! #Partidazo

Liverpool 3-3 Swansea. Newcastle 0-0 Aston Villa. That's a solid choice you've made Sky Sports.
