Saturday mornings are traditionally filled with relief as the nation wakes up to the realisation that the weekend has begun. However, it’s an entirely different scenario in the household of a Premier League manager, with the daunting prospect of another match day just a few hours away.

As the pressure and expectation builds towards the fabled 3pm kick-off time, managers often suffer from a ‘selection headache’ as they try and cram 11 individuals into an effective formation.

With injuries, suspensions or simply a lack of options a constant cause for concern, many stars often find themselves out of position as those in charge strive to ensure their best players are all on the pitch.

Therefore I have decided to compile the ten square pegs being forced into round holes up and down the country.
