After signing midfield superstar Christian Eriksen from Ajax this summer, Tottenham are continuing their Danish raid after giving trials to two future starlets from the country, according to TalkSPORT.
Soren Andreasen, 17 and Kasper Nissen 16, are strikers who currently play for Esbjerg FB in the Danish Superliga where they were scouted by former Spurs midfielder Allan Nielsen, who acts as the teenagers’ agent.
Andreasen has already scored for the Esbjerg first team, while Nissen is still waiting for his first team debut.
The Danish U-17 internationals have already arrived in North London and are expected to start their trials this week, aiming to impress manager Andre Villas-Boas for a permanent contract, something which former fan favourite Nielsen is hoping that the youngsters can achieve.
“They are young talents who have done very well so far,” Nielsen said.
“The trials came into being through my contacts with Spurs and it will be an exciting experience for them.
“Of course there is always a jump when you have to take the step from being a prospect, but for the future, they have great potential.”
