Tottenham put an end to Chelsea's 13-game winning streak in the Premier League as they defeated Antonio Conte's men 2-0 at White Hart Lane, propelling themselves back into the title race.

Two headed goals, almost identical to each other, either side of half time from an on-fire Dele Alli sealed the victory and stopped the Blues achieving a Premier League record of 14 consecutive victories.

It was a Christian Eriksen/Alli masterclass that undone Chelsea as the pair twice combined for both of Tottenham's goals. The Blues gave the Danish midfielder far too much space on the edge of the box and he promptly found Alli, who nodded home in fine fashion twice.

Tottenham now leapfrog Pep Guardiola's Manchester City into third and sit only two points behind second-place Liverpool. They still remain seven points behind leaders Chelsea but Mauricio Pochettino's men will take great confidence from the victory as they will want to carry their form into the second half of the season.

Tottenham fans are sure happy about the victory, and haven't been shy sharing it on Twitter ...

He could be right, but seven points is a long way.

Can't blame him for being happy.

Can't blame him either ....

Lol.

A fine performance.

It will certainly be heated.

I thought it was closer than that...
