West Brom's Monday night clash with Burnley wasn't a fixture that caught your eye when the scheduling was announced but it ended up being one of the best games of the weekend, as the Baggies stormed to a 4-0 win. It's fair to say that nobody expected the rout from Tony Pulis' side, who have endured mixed form this season, but last night's win remarkably puts them just three points behind Manchester United in seventh. The performance was near perfection for West Brom and they secured a wealth of records in the process, as well as sealing some impressive stats that compensated their joint-biggest win in Premier League history.Matt Phillips and James Morrison excelled in the performance, claiming decent statistics and records of their own, whilst Salomon Rondon once again showed his importance to the side as he led the line brilliantly for the hosts.Burnley, meanwhile, have a lot of work to do if they are to avoid an immediate drop down to the Championship as they've secured just one point on the road so far this season.
