West Ham United will host Manchester United tomorrow and Sam Allardyce had something interesting to share during a press conference ahead of the game.

The Hammers boss reveals in the interview that when David Moyes was still a player, he was sent to scout the now Manchester United manager who at the time played for Dunfermline Athletic.

However, Big Sam only managed to scout Moyes for less than a half because he was eventually sent off just after 38 minutes. Being a scout for Preston, Allardyce actually advised then manager of Preston John Beck that he should sign the Scottish defender.
