West Ham have had an absolutely shambolic start to their season where, if things could have gone wrong they surely have.
The club got knocked out of Europe before missing out on a number of key transfer targets and then, when things were already in a negative light, the Hammers started this Premier League season terribly with their move to the London Stadium so far having its fair share of issues.
Slaven Bilic hasn't seen anything like this during his managerial reign at the club so it'll be a real test of his ability to see if he can actually turn things around.
It all starts in the league against Southampton this weekend who themselves have started slowly but here at FootballFanCast we think if the Hammers go with this line-up they should be the ones kick-starting their season...
Darren Randolph
Adrian has been poor this season so it's time to give Randolph a go.
Alvaro Arbeloa
The Hammers need Arbeola's experience, so it's time he came in.
Winston Reid
Reid needs to get back to his best very quickly, starting against the Saints.
James Collins
Collins started fairly well this season but has dropped off and needs to improve to stay in the side.
Sam Byram
Arthur Masuaku had a nightmare against West Brom, so Byram could be asked to fill in on the left.
Cheikhou Kouyate
Kouyate needs to start dominating the midfield again because at the moment the Hammers are too easy to play through.
Mark Noble
The captain hasn't done enough so far and he'll be itching to put that right.
Michail Antonio
The right midfielder has been West Ham's star and he'll be expected to carry that on.
Dimitri Payet
Payet's shown flashes of his best this season but now he really needs to start performing.
Manuel Lanzini
Lanzini has been way too quiet and really needs to start being more consistent.
Ashley Fletcher
Why not? He can't be worse than Simone Zaza was last week and may have that lack of fear that the Hammers need right now.
