When Arsenal travel to Chelsea this coming weekend, it will be Arsene Wenger’s 1,000th game in charge of the North London club..

His match against title is regarded as a title contender as both team still have a chance to lift the trophy this season, and a win for the Gunners will to take them to within a point of leaders Chelsea with a game in hand.

But as the Frenchman reaches his 1,000th game, the Telegraph has picked what they believe to be the worst starting XI of Wenger signings from over the years, while the Guardian has picked and XI made up of Wenger’s best players.

Both teams are debatable because over his 18 years in charge, there were way more than 11 under performing players as well as over 11 superstars.  Anybody missing from the best, or anybody not supposed to be his worst?
