Stevan Jovetic Fiorentina forward

Fiorentina star Stevan Jovetic will keep Manchester City and Arsenal on transfer standby, as he will not decide his future until the end of the season.

According to Talksport, both Premier League teams are on the long-list of clubs interested in signing the Montenegrin striker, whose performance with the Gigliati is calling the attention of several top European clubs.

Apart from Gunners and Citizens, Manchester United and Juventus have been reportedly linked to the 23 year-old. Serie A leaders could be preparing a bid including forward Fabio Quagliarella on the deal.

Jovetic is at his best season so far with the Tuscany club, having become the attacking reference with 11 goals in 22 appearances, only 3 less than the 14 he accomplished in the whole last season.

The Balkan player also accumulates 10 goals in 23 caps with Montenegro senior team.

The acquisition of the player will not result easy for any of the Premier League teams, as among the competitors, his current club has to be mentioned.

Fiorentina fans want to keep Jo-jo – his nickname at the Stadio Artemio Franchi – and the club is already working on a contract extension with a substancial improvement in the economical aspect.
