Arsenal are the latest side to have registered an interest in Benfica attacker Rodrigo, according to reports from the Sunday People.

The Brazilian-born Spain U-23 star has been in electric form for the Lisbon side this term, starring in their run to the Europa League semi-finals – where they are set to face Juventus.

Both Chelsea and Liverpool have been linked with the 23-year-old in recent times, but now it has emerged that Arsenal are also eyeing the versatile forward.

Arsene Wenger is rumoured to be keen to address his attacking concerns this off-season, with a lack of goals from his forwards a worry.

Although not an orthodox centre-forward, Rodrigo is able to find the net from a wide role, and has been known to play well off of a lone striker.

Benfica value their man highly, and are said to be demanding £28m before even considering his sale.

Inter Milan are keen, and the Portuguese giants know that the Serie A heavyweights have the cash available following their recent takeover.

Rodrigo has already spent a brief period of his career in English football on loan with Bolton back in his teenage days.

He failed to impress with the Trotters, but has since developed into a feared attacker with Benfica.
